Life can get busy and stressy form time to time, sometimes it's best to just take a break and focus on yourself for a few moments. After a good relaxation session you will see thing with renewed energy and a new perspective. This will help you to tackle more problems and make it into someting beautiful. All this excercises work best in a calm enviroment and when it's possible look for a spot in nature.
TIP: As a mentor it helps if you lead the group and you don't have to use the videos for the steps. They trust you and will listen to you with trust before they trust a video.
1. The bodyscan -Follow the instructions on the video. The bodyscan is used in meditation and mindfulness as a way to stop and pause. To take a moment and be aware of your body and close surroundings. It eases the stress and afterwards you will be able to think more clear.
2. Animal yoga -Follow the video so you can use your body as a way to reduce stress. By using your body you won't be confronted by standing still. This helps you by loosing the energy that causes the stress and makes room for positive vibes.
3. Laughing excercise - Another healthy and fun way to release stress. The act of laughing reduces stress and here are a few excercises to help you laugh at times you don't necessary feel like it.
